The hotel offers a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful surroundings and a spacious pool area. The rooms are quite nice, especially after the recent renovation. However, I found out that the resort is meant for only three adults, which was a bit of a surprise. While the service was decent, it could use some improvements to cater better to American guests.
I had a lovely time at the hotel with clean and spacious accommodations that were perfect for relaxation. The service was attentive and friendly, making my stay even better. However, the dining options could use some improvement, especially at breakfast, as there were limited choices. The facilities were impressive, especially the pool area which was meticulously maintained. All in all, it was a good experience, but a few tweaks in dining could elevate it further.
My stay at the resort was quite enjoyable overall. The rooms had some plumbing issues, but the Butler, Wensky Pierre, really made an effort to enhance my experience by being incredibly welcoming. The location offered beautiful views and plenty of sun-soaked spots, although the service was sometimes a bit of a challenge, particularly during peak breakfast hours. Still, the amenities were top-notch and overall, I felt it provided good value for money.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The location was lovely and offered a peaceful atmosphere, and the upgrades to the rooms were noticeable, making them comfortable. On the flip side, I was a bit confused about the room arrangement for three adults, and the service could be a tad more efficient. Still, it provided good value for money.
I had a lovely time at this resort spa, with access to a beautiful beach and a nice little pool area. The rooms were a bit dated, but they were clean and cozy enough. The staff were super nice and accommodating, though I felt a little pressured to join a membership program. Overall, it was a great value for money, but the distance to the main lobby was a bit of an inconvenience.
